Overview
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data across Google Sheets and QuickBooks. This role is essential in helping keep our financial records accurate, organized, and up to date, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into Google Sheets and QuickBooks. Process invoices, receipts, bills, and payments in QuickBooks. Maintain job costing records, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and budgets for multiple projects. Organize, clean, and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Perform bank reconciliations and basic financial data checks. Create and update reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as needed. Support administrative tasks such as filing digital documents, organizing records, and assisting with reporting. Communicate with internal teams regarding missing or unclear information. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and company information. Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, and basic data organization). Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Desktop (required). Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting principles is a plus. Experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. How To Apply
