Are you enthusiastic about helping people navigate change and making a positive impact? We're looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as an Associate Change Management Consultant. In this role, you'll support a variety of technology initiatives-ranging from small enhancements to larger projects-while learning the foundations of change management.
Contributes to developing basic change management strategies and plans for initiatives and/or initiatives Understands and can explain the need for change management to teams Identifies groups and individuals impacted by an initiative and supports stakeholder assessment development Supports development and delivery of engaging and innovative communications using appropriate channels (e.g., portal pages, SharePoint, Teams). Identifies and supports training needs on projects or initiatives, including job aids, portal page content or user materials Learns the organization and develops competence by performing structured work assignments and uses existing procedures to solve standard problems Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related fields or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree. Previous Duke Energy internship experience Additional Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication and group presentation skills Demonstrated strong leadership skills: negotiation, conflict management skills, influencing skills, ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback Ability to adapt and change as business needs change Ability to manage change in fast-paced environment Comfort with complexity, ambiguity and change
