Build, lead, and scale Citizen Health’s commercial team to deliver and exceed revenue goals. Structure and close complex data deals with pharma partners, with seven figure deal sizes and multi-year partnerships. Instill strong pipeline discipline, sales operations rigor, and performance management across the team. Partner directly with the CBO and CEO to drive transformational, enterprise-level deals. Represent Citizen Health with senior pharma stakeholders, leveraging credibility in clinical development and regulatory pathways. Define and operationalize the sales playbook, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring quota-carrying team members. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Customer Success to ensure alignment with customer needs and delivery of value. Qualifications
You are a proven commercial leader with a track record of building sales organizations in healthcare and closing large, complex data deals within clinical drug development and market access phases. You thrive in ambiguity, bring hustle and a hands-on approach, and know how to balance strategic vision with tactical execution. You are motivated by Citizen Health’s mission and excited to shape a category-defining opportunity in real-world data. 10+ years of experience in sales within clinical drug development, including multiple quota-carrying roles. 5+ years of experience managing sales teams and owning team quotas. Deep knowledge of clinical development and commercialization (from IND filing through distribution) and credibility with senior pharma executives. Experience selling clinical data into pharma across the clinical development and commercial process. Strong understanding of how real-world evidence (RWE) and real-world data (RWD) are applied in regulatory and clinical settings, especially for rare disease programs. Proven ability to run sophisticated sales organizations (sales meetings, forecasting, pipeline discipline, performance management). Experience in CROs or real-world data companies. US/Canada-based, with focus in rare disease/therapeutic areas such as neurology, cardiology, nephrology, immunology, autoimmune or metabolic. Why Join Us?
