The
Loan Partner I
supports the Seattle, WA office of CrossCountry Mortgage. The Loan Partner I is responsible for taking incoming leads, managing the lead tracker, and following up to schedule client consultations with the Loan Officer. In preparing the loan pre-approval, the Loan Partner I pulls and analyzes applicant credit information and reviews income and asset documents. As a member of the sales team, the Loan Partner I requests and obtains referrals from current and potential clients and follows up with prospects consistent with established best practices. Job Responsibilities
Schedule all loan officer appointments, including new leads and additional appointments for the Branch Manager. Schedule Initial Consultations. Meet branch objectives specific to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals. Attend branch events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele. Complete and maintain branch-assigned checklists, prospect follow up, file set-up, and analyses within allotted branch deadlines. Request and obtain referrals from current clients and realtor partners. Available to work overtime if needed. Qualifications And Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working with Encompass, DU, and LP, preferred. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent prioritization and time management skills. Proactive and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and the initiative to take ownership of tasks independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel. Pay Range Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
