Develop and own strategic sales priorities, creating comprehensive business plans that leverage opportunities in existing markets. Gather and analyze market data to inform both short-term and long-term sales strategies and forecasting. Lead initiatives for market growth and expansion, including efforts to penetrate new markets. Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and potential, driving the organization towards its strategic goals. Inspire and lead a large team of producers, fostering business growth and enhancing client, consultant, and candidate satisfaction. Set and implement sales strategies to drive year-over-year profitable growth. Provide coaching, mentoring, and collaborative sales support to ensure alignment with client needs and effective execution. Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
Measure market sales performance, identify action items where there are gaps in performance and expectations. Engage with key clients to understand needs, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
