General Manager (GM) – responsible for effective performance management and execution of retail operations including merchandising, staffing, and patient order fulfillment processes. The GM works closely with the Assistant General Managers to drive successful business management and financial performance of the dispensary. Responsibilities

Hire, train, schedule and manage staff at all dispensaries to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives, and customer satisfaction. Ensure that all deadlines are met and take accountability for completion. Drive a culture of positive employee engagement with a strong focus on inclusion and diversity. Mentor, coach, motivate, and develop the team through performance succession planning to ensure the company\'s culture and expectations are exceeded and employee growth is supported. Ensure effective team communication by hosting monthly staff meetings, maintaining an open-door policy, and welcoming patient feedback. Actively manage inventory, recalls, returns, and pricing to meet cost and sales targets. Manage cash controls and financial reporting. Ensure check registers, cash outs, bank logs, inventory and deposits are accurate and performed according to TerrAscend\'s standards. Manage service labor, scheduling, and payroll budget. Perform business management operations and analyses such as P&L; develop and review KPI reports for dispensaries to monitor opportunities and challenges with a goal to maximize revenues and profits. Monitor dispensary profit and loss and develop mitigation strategies to align actual performance with budget and projections; collaborate with the management team on business decisions. Maintain awareness of cannabis and retail trends to help create innovative strategies; work with grower-processors to understand products. Work with the Director of each Dispensary to meet regulatory requirements and address violations with urgency. Coordinate with TerrAscend\'s corporate office (finance, marketing) to ensure standards are met. Oversee compliance with regulations, safety measures, security, and legal matters. Partner with the Director of Education and Medical Professionals to ensure team cohesion, incorporate medical professional feedback, and participate in quarterly check-ins. Promote open feedback from retail staff, medical professionals, and marketing departments. Be an expert lead in seed-to-sale tracking system, POS System, LEAF TRADE, and e-commerce platform. Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in retail, restaurant, food, or other service industries with responsibility for financial results Cannabis experience highly preferred Excellent leadership and coaching skills; empathy and understanding of your team; servant-leadership experience Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture Must be 21 years of age Compensation & Benefits

$67,500 per year (base).
