Selection Criteria
Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration with 10 plus years relevant experience or bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience An agile practitioner with experience in ADO; VersionOne; Certified BA, Implementing SAFe (6.0) and/or Scrum Master is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving ability, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, creativity and business insight, and project management skills. Strong client engagement and demonstrated track record in proactively responding to business user queries/concerns, seeking out opportunities to address user needs or prevent issues from occurring across multiple business units. Proven ability to work on multiple projects and have good time management skills Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suit and collaboration tools Ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding work context. Experience with process tools supporting the SDLC life cycle. Ability to produce high quality work outputs, effectively prioritize and adapt to competing and unexpected demands; ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines Able to take personal ownership and accountability to meet deadlines and achieve agreed-upon results and has the personal organization to do so.
