The Colerain Chamber of Commerce, an 11-year-old organization dedicated to fostering business and community vitality, is seeking a dynamic and visionary President/CEO to lead our Chamber into its next phase of growth. The President/CEO serves as the face of the Chamber, responsible for advancing our mission through servant leadership, integrity and a growth mindset. This role oversees all aspects of Chamber operations, including membership growth and engagement, financial management, event and program development, and community partnerships. The President/CEO will ensure an excellent membership experience while building strong relationships across business, civic, and community sectors. The ideal candidate is a community-minded leader who thrives on connecting people and ideas, driving strategic initiatives, inspiring collaboration, and implementing plans. With exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, the President/CEO will serve as a trusted partner to the board of directors and members, as well as a respected advocate for the Colerain business community. Implement the vision and goals set by the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with the Chamber's mission and values. Serve as the visible leader and "face" of the Chamber, building strong, trusted relationships with members, the Board, business leaders, schools, government officials, and community partners. Drive membership growth and retention by delivering meaningful value, strengthening engagement, and leading new member initiatives. Oversee the Chamber's financial health, including budgeting, reporting, and sustainable revenue generation to support operations and growth. Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of Chamber programs, events, and services, ensuring they provide exceptional value to members and the community. Guide and collaborate with staff, volunteers, and committees to deliver successful initiatives such as Women\'s Networking, Colerain H.O.P.E., Sales Summit, Team Up to Green Up, C.A.F.E., the Golf League, and other member programs. Evaluate operations, programs, and staff performance to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and cost-effectiveness. Represent and promote the Chamber at community events, meetings, and through media, serving as a convener between businesses, government, schools, and residents. Serve as lead administrator for the Colerain Chamber Foundation (501(c)(3)) and oversee compliance, programming, and partnership opportunities. Negotiate and manage contracts, partnerships, and agreements on behalf of the Chamber. Prepare and present reports, articles, speeches, and updates to inform and engage stakeholders. Position Qualifications

Financial Aptitude - Skilled in budgeting, financial reporting, and making sound resource decisions. Project Management - Manages multiple priorities and delivers results on time. Leadership & Collaboration - Leads with servant leadership, delegates effectively, and builds strong teams with staff, volunteers, and partners. Communication Skills - Excellent public speaking, writing, and interpersonal abilities. Decision-Making & Problem-Solving - Makes thoughtful, informed decisions while listening to and engaging stakeholders. Community Engagement - Builds partnerships across diverse groups and serves as a connector in the community. Requirements
