About The Role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with 5+ years of experienceideally in private credit, alternative investments, or related fieldsto join our Portfolio Insights team. This role sits at the intersection of investment analysis, sales enablement, and investor communications, playing a critical part in delivering actionable intelligence across our funds and client base. Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on the performance and composition of our portfolios across private credit strategies (Direct Lending, Asset Backed Lending, BDCs, etc.) Develop and maintain fund-level and asset-level performance summaries, track records, and custom tear sheets for internal and external use Analyze portfolio health metrics including defaults, recoveries, leverage, ICR/FCCR, revenue and EBITDA growth, covenant performance, and market comps Draft white papers, market commentary, and thought leadership pieces that reflect the firm positioning Support the sales and investor relations teams by providing data-driven insights, client-ready materials, and "sales angle" narratives Partner with PMs, IR, and BD to deliver coordinated messaging and rebuttals for client meetings and diligence processes Lead or support custom analysis projects, case studies, and strategic reporting for LPs and internal stakeholders Develop and update target fund models for new product launches and initiatives Help institutionalize data integrity and reporting processes, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across funds Contribute to building tools, dashboards, and frameworks to streamline internal analytics and external communications Participate in the ongoing improvement of data infrastructure, including the buildout of scalable fund and investment-level data systems Qualifications
5+ years of experience in private credit, alternatives, investment banking, asset management, or a related field Strong understanding of private markets, direct lending, fund structures, and performance reporting Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with portfolio analytics tools or BI platforms is a plus Exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, and a client-first mindset Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex portfolio data into clear, actionable insights Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Prior experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, or client service functions is preferred Compensation & Other Details
Compensation: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $120,000-130,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave).
