Develop and execute innovative talent management strategies focusing on employee engagement, development, and organizational agility.

Lead change management and guide the organization through transformation initiatives; coach teams to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
Build strategic partnerships and influence across departments to enable cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience; at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong background in change management, strategy execution, and team leadership; solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are highly desirable.
