About the Team

We are a passionate Product Management team that designs, delivers, and operates agile, secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure for a hyper-connected digital business. The Network is at the heart of this foundational infrastructure. Responsibilities

Enable IT teams to perform proactive monitoring and leverage telemetry data to detect anomalies. Identify potential issues before they impact users and gain real-time visibility into network performance. Derive actionable insights to accelerate incident response and minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless connectivity and optimized user experiences. Basic Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with the expectation that the degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of people leadership experience 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure 3+ years of experience with routing, switching and network security solutions 2+ years of experience with network monitoring tools and observability platforms Note: At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Salary and Location

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. Location-specific ranges are: Chicago, IL: $205,400 - $234,400; McLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900; New York, NY: $246,500 - $281,300; Plano, TX: $205,400 - $234,400; Richmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400; San Francisco, CA: $246,500 - $281,300. The actual offer will reflect the candidate’s location and the role." Role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
