Overview
Join the Amazon Device Accessories team to drive global go-to-market strategies for device accessories that enhance customer experience and drive incremental revenue. This role focuses on developing and executing seasonal events, owning business reviews, and implementing strategic initiatives across multiple marketing channels. You’ll be a key partner to Amazon’s device teams, jointly creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The position offers opportunities to work on a global scale, leading product marketing efforts that connect customers with innovative accessories while driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities
Lead global go-to-market strategy development and execution for seasonal events across the Amazon device accessories portfolio Maintain strong relationships with device product leads through regular touchpoints and strategy alignment sessions Own and present business review documents to leadership, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports Build and optimize sales and marketing playbooks Develop and execute initiatives such as pricing optimization and merchandising experiments that enhance the shopping experience and drive profitability Analyze business/financial metrics, consumer insights, performance metrics, and customer behavior data to develop data-driven marketing strategies Partner cross-functionally with Device teams, Events teams, Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Tech teams to drive business and marketing strategies A day in the life
Collaborate with product development teams to drive marketing strategies for upcoming releases Drive strategies to increase discoverability of Amazon branded accessories, both at point of sale and post-purchase Drive world-class business reviews by leaning into data-driven storytelling Collaborate with business teams and tech partners to drive automation and scale About The Team

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end-to-end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
