The Hardware Supply Chain Systems Product Manager will work with senior business stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, planning and factory operations to understand and define requirements and strategy to transform how our Hardware Supply Chain systems enable growth. Identifying automation opportunities by improving underlying supply chain data platforms to enable AI and automation capabilities will be key. Key outcomes include demand & supply automation for cash cards, SQ Hardware, Proto Hardware and global trade and logistics automation for Square and Proto. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with aggressive timelines and competing priorities. The candidate should have a solid foundation in supply chain fundamentals including inventory planning, logistics, and fulfillment analytics. The role challenges the status quo and envisions new ways of working that can be instantiated in our supply chain technology platforms. It involves collaboration across functional teams to identify dependencies and risks, with strong business partnerships and communication across Hardware Supply Chain.
