Senior Live Production Manager – Carthage Growout, TX – 1st shift at Tyson Foods. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of live poultry production to ensure animal welfare, production efficiency, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of poultry farms, including breeding, feeding, and health management. Ensure adherence to biosecurity protocols and animal welfare standards. Monitor and manage the production process to maximize efficiency and productivity. Lead, train, and develop farm managers and production staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure product quality and safety. Conduct regular inspections and audits of farm operations. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly. Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. Allocate resources effectively to meet production targets. Monitor and control inventory levels of feed, medications, and other supplies. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to poultry production. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on production performance, health status, and other key metrics. Collaborate with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in poultry production management, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role. Proven track record of managing large-scale poultry operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of poultry health and nutrition. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Biosecurity: Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered; must sign a Bio-security agreement.
