Join the founding team as the first Customer Success Manager and own the entire post-sales experience. This high-impact role offers a unique chance to build the customer success function from the ground up; designing onboarding playbooks, enablement materials, retention programs, and success strategies that turn customers into advocates. You’ll work side-by-side with founders and a dynamic team in a fast-moving, zero-bureaucracy environment. Your insights will directly influence product development and growth as you deliver world-class support and engagement to enterprise clients. The Ideal Candidate
2+ years’ experience in customer success or client-facing roles, within early-stage or high-growth startups. Proven ability to build and scale post-sales playbooks covering onboarding, enablement, renewals, and customer success drivers. Experienced managing multiple complex accounts and high-value accounts (6 figure contract values). Skilled at developing customer enablement resources, including decks, documentation, and training materials. Proficient in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal metrics, using data to refine strategies. Thrives in highly customer-facing, fast-paced startup environments with zero tolerance for complacency. Adaptable, proactive, and autonomous, comfortable working onsite in San Francisco alongside founders and teammates. The Package
Base salary of $100k–$135k plus significant equity shares (0.01%–0.5%). Full-time onsite role, working five days a week in an inspiring San Francisco office.
