Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee heavy civil construction projects from planning through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all phases of assigned construction projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, budget, and schedule. Oversee project teams, including Superintendents, Foremen, and Engineers. Monitor financial performance, including contracts, invoices, and cost controls. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Enforce safety policies and foster a culture of zero incidents. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project staff. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Caltrans standards and specifications, including grading, paving, and bridge construction. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
