The Territory Business Manager leads strategic account development within key hospital and healthcare system accounts, driving revenue and improving patient experiences through tailored solutions. The role requires building senior-level relationships and delivering Merz Therapeutics value within strategic accounts. Major Job Duties

Strategic account development by identifying new/untapped hospital/healthcare system opportunities and driving profitable revenue within these accounts by initiating, developing and delivering unique solutions that improve customer and patient experiences. Develop and maintain relationships with key senior account stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for C-Suite, VP-level administration and department chairs in healthcare/hospital systems. Expand business opportunities by bringing high-level knowledge, insights, relationships and strategies to enhance Merz Therapeutics value proposition and achieve optimal access for our brands within strategic accounts. Analyze sales and market trends to identify future business opportunities. Strive to meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing a consultative selling process to present Merz Therapeutics products for approved indications. Demonstrate effective Total Office Call and Hospital Selling Skills. Maintain high proficiency of product/disease state knowledge, market data and marketplace dynamics. Utilize marketing data to adjust selling strategies/tactics at both customer and territory level. Partner with local advocacy relationships within the territory. Attend and participate in sales meetings/workshops. Collaborate with cross-functional teammates including Medical Affairs and Reimbursement Access teams. Navigate managed care obstacles and opportunities while maintaining compliance with Merz Therapeutics promotional and commercial policies. Embodies Merz Therapeutics values and operating norms. Other duties, as assigned. Required Experience

3+ years of specialty sales experience (pharmaceutical/biotech preferred). Preferred Experience

Buy and Bill injectable experience Neurology experience Required Education
