As a Sr. Product Manager on our GarageGuard team, you will shape consumer experiences around diagnostics, recall & maintenance alerts, shop finder, repair estimates, car value, and a digital glovebox, partnering with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers/researchers to deliver impactful features. Responsibilities

Drive measurable gains in engagement and user onboarding across GarageGuard’s core offerings by crafting friction-free, polished experiences. Ship 0→1 features to modernize auto care for the average driver. Uncover key opportunities to increase trust through deep-dive analyses and a first-principles understanding of user behavior. Thoughtfully employ the latest AI technology to make GarageGuard faster, clearer, and more helpful. Map end-to-end journeys (from symptom triage to booking a shop) to identify moments of confusion, anxiety, or drop-off. Conduct insightful user research (qualitative and quantitative), rapidly prototype with Design, and translate findings into elegant, shippable solutions; validate with A/B tests and usability studies. Set a high UX quality bar (clarity, speed, consistency) and partner with Engineering and Design to instrument, measure, and iterate. Who You Are

Proven consumer product manager: 5+ years in consumer tech delivering meaningful impact, with experience partnering with Product Design/Research and shipping consumer-grade polish on mobile or web. Creative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity with innovative solutions. Tenacious with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive in a fast-paced environment. Customer-obsessed with product taste and strong empathy for consumer needs, with refined UI/UX craft. Data-driven with conviction: analytical and decisive, able to act with limited information. Super organized and execution-focused, capable of managing complex projects and collaborating with diverse teams. Detail-oriented and quality-minded, ensuring clear error handling, accessibility, and measurable outcomes. Preferred Experience

Comfortable with rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating their impact on key metrics. Startup experience is a plus. About Jerry.ai
