Overview
The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) is actively seeking an Otolaryngologist - Rhinology/Skull Base Physician to join our team in Redwood City, CA. We are a high volume sinus/skull base center, with a developed subspecialty rhinology practice in one of two primary neurosurgical hubs within Northern California Kaiser, serving over 4.5 million members. You would join a group of 6 providers (4 surgeons, 1 clinic MD, 1 PA) and participate in a collaborative multidisciplinary team with neurosurgery (including 4 anterior skull base surgeons) and with allergy/immunology, oculoplastics, and additional support in adjoining facilities for head and neck oncology/reconstructive surgery. Located in Silicon Valley, TPMG facilities are among the newest, with a modern hospital and MOB. The practice supports inpatient management with a Physician Assistant and outpatient care through Abridge AI scribe/Epic via TPMG. Responsibilities
Provide otolaryngology care focused on Rhinology/Skull Base with a strong emphasis on collaboration with neurosurgery and related specialties. Participate in a high-volume sinus/skull base program including anterior skull base cases in collaboration with neurosurgery. Engage in multidisciplinary team activities for head and neck oncology/reconstructive surgery and near-site support in adjoining facilities. Participate in resident teaching through the Kaiser Oakland HNS program and contribute to clinical research with support from TPMG and regional Division of Research. Contribute to leadership roles within the medical center as opportunities arise; engage in community service through programs like Operation Access. Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngology surgeon with strong preference for fellowship training in Rhinology/Skull Base. Benefits and Compensation
Full-time annual salary range is $436,500 to $450,000 plus incentives up to $42,740.
