Overview
The Website Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day development, management, maintenance, and enhancement of our corporate website. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, design sensibility, and problem-solving skills. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and IT teams to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and roll out new features. With stakeholders spread globally, you’ll need to be comfortable working flexibly to accommodate multiple time zones. Responsibilities
Website Development, Maintenance & Updates: Develop, manage and maintain all web properties, ensuring optimal uptime, performance, and security. Hands-On Development: Build, update, and troubleshoot pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or similar). Integration Management: Configure and maintain integrations with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and other digital tools. Performance Optimization: Monitor site speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness; implement best practices for SEO and user experience. Security & Compliance: Manage backups, SSL certificates, and security protocols; ensure compliance with GDPR and accessibility standards. Content Management: Publish and update web content in collaboration with marketing, IT, operations and design teams. Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools to track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and recommend improvements. Cross-Time-Zone Collaboration: Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely updates and issue resolution. Project Support: Assist with website redesigns, migrations, and the rollout of new features or microsites, including a multi-lingual presence. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 10+ years of experience in hands-on website administration or web development, preferably in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environment. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or similar). Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and web performance tools. Experience with integrations involving marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRMs (Salesforce). Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git) and staging/deployment workflows. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global teams across time zones. Nice-to-Haves
Experience with A/B testing platforms, personalization tools, or headless CMS. Knowledge of PHP, React, or other advanced web technologies. Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO strategies for B2B lead generation. Experience in managing people is preferred. Why Join Us?
