Overview

Data Migration Solution Lead/Tech Lead - Oracle Health. Federal assignment onsite in Arlington, VA (no remote). US Citizens only at this time. Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of enterprise Federal healthcare data migration objectives including extract, transformation and loading activities from legacy data sources to future Oracle solutions. Provide oversight and guidance for multiple teams across Oracle organizations (consultants, developers, engineers, operations, support, contracting, operational excellence, communications, reporting, etc.). Interact with and communicate with team members at all levels of the org chart from developers to senior executives. Operate with extreme clarity in ambiguous situations as a motivated self-starter. Apply strong schedule, risk and issue management. Possibly perform hands-on interaction with software specifications, designs, data mapping, etc. Translate business requests into functional and technical requirements. Distill complex activities into clear written, visual and verbal communications for all stakeholders including end users. Top Skills / Competencies

Project management (including SDLC & PMLC) Issue and risk management Business analysis Functional requirements development Data modeling, mapping and analysis (physical and logical) Interface development, configuration or management Software development (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) Technical documentation (diagrams, data flows, workflows) Database queries (SQL, Spark, etc.) Application architecture and design Education, Certifications, or Experience

At least 4-year Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent At least 7-10 years in enterprise software deployment At least 5 years in Healthcare IS/IT At least 3 years of experience with Millennium applications and data model Desired Experience

Application data migration experience (ETL approach) Technical requirements development experience Contract or requirements management experience Millennium core build experience Millennium interface development Millennium configuration experience with build tools (e.g. Bedrock) HealtheIntent population health experience (consultant/analyst, developer, etc.) Qualifications
