Overview
HBITS-07-14251 This position will provide the following PeopleSoft Application and Architect support: Research, Document and Guide the PeopleSoft Infrastructure design/layout based on PeopleSoft best practices for implementation on upgrade. Support Installation, configuration/application triage of the various software components of PeopleSoft (weblogic, Tuxedo, ElasticSearch, Oracle database) for new Peoplesoft required environments with latest technology stack Provide technical direction to meet business needs Work with other agencies and technical support teams in pursuit of technically excellent solutions Produce technically excellent solutions architecture that is aligned to business needs and direction Research, resolve, and test configurations Provide Research, Analysis and PeopleSoft Application support for the current Upgraded and Legacy PeopleSoft Applications Support the recently upgraded HCM application and future patches, upgrade and maintenance. Qualifications
Software Architect Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system. Expert 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months of system administration experience in Oracle's PeopleSoft HR & HCM 9 or higher release, where duties included installation, configuration, tuning, upgrade/patching, and perform code migrations in a Unix/Solaris/Linux environment. 84 Months of system administration experience utilizing PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.49 or higher, including installation, upgrading, patching, tuning/configuration. 84 Months experience in performing PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application upgrades utilizing PUM and Change Assistant tools. 60 Months experience with WebLogic and Tuxedo including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, upgrading, and high availability (HA). 60 Months experience with Oracle 10g or higher database releases in creating and maintaining Peoplesoft databases
