As part of the Workday Technology team you will lead transformative Workday implementations and drive innovative integration strategies. As a Director you will set the strategic direction for business development efforts, fostering impactful decision making while nurturing executive-level client relations. This role offers the chance to shape the future of Workday technology solutions, mentor emerging leaders, and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence. What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree 10 years of experience within the Workday product What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology preferred Workday Services functional certification(s) in Integrations, Extend, or Prism preferred Demonstrating thought leadership in digital transformation and cloud integration Designing enterprise integration architecture strategies Guiding data strategy including migrations and reporting integrations Building commercial products using Built on Workday Mentoring junior and mid-level consultants in Workday technologies Promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusion Learn More and Policies
