Overview

Microsoft M365/Exchange Systems Administrator role at ECS in Washington, DC. The candidate will be able to identify solutions to automate business processes, assist with requirements analysis, and deploy and support scalable solutions for a Large Enterprise. The role reports to the Program Manager and works in Service Operations with a team of Developers, Engineers, and Administrators. The administrator must be able to collaborate with the Customer, Project Team, and external stakeholders in supporting the organization’s mission and objectives. Responsibilities

Maintaining and staying abreast of existing and emerging Microsoft M365 services, capabilities, and related core technologies; drive their strategic integration, modernization, and deployment within the Enterprise Assist with and lead the development and maintenance of an Office 365 and Exchange Road Map for Service Operations and the Enterprise Function as a technical lead within the AGILE team for M365 and Cloud solutions; identify and champion completion of Features, User Stories, acceptance criteria, risk, and dependencies Provide and document resolution of customer requests, incidents, changes, and problems within the M365 Cloud / Tenant and On-Prem Exchange services Interface with Support teams and vendors to resolve issues and complete knowledge transfers as required Support the Operations and Maintenance of all components of the On-Prem Exchange and Office 365 Tenant Service Continuously improve service delivery through business process automation and extending request fulfillment to support professionals and end-users Position Details

Position is 100% on site Salary Range: $72,665 - $98,334 Required Clearance: Must have a current Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of Obtaining SCI / Poly Office: Washington, DC Required Skills

Enable, administer, and monitor Microsoft 365 products and services including Office 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams Lead and manage migrations including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive Implement and manage Office 365 licenses, usage, and governance Implement and manage Office 365 tenant security, incident investigation, and overall tenant threat protection Design and lead development of PowerApps and workflows optimized for productivity and collaboration using the M365 platform Hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 in a large government environment PowerShell experience for automation/applications General knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory; experience managing security groups Desired Skills

Microsoft Exchange PowerShell scripting for automation Exchange Admin Center (EAC) proficiency for On-Prem and Cloud environments Microsoft Teams administration OneDrive for Business & Microsoft 365 Suite administration Skype for Business administration and transition planning Command Prompt scripting Outlook Web Access (OWA) configuration and support Azure Active Directory (AAD) monitoring and reporting SCOM alerts monitoring and response Hybrid Exchange & Cloud integration ITIL & Agile methodologies Security & compliance best practices in Microsoft 365 Company & Equal Opportunity
