Senior Director, Technology Recruiting

Vaco has an exciting IT leadership opportunity in the greater Cincinnati area. This is a full-time, direct-hire role requiring on-site work five days a week. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the IT strategy, vision, and roadmap that supports the business strategy and delivers value to stakeholders. Establish and direct the strategic long-term goals, policies, and procedures for the information technology department. Manage partnerships, serving as the main liaison between our company and external partners, ensuring quality service levels, security, and cost effectiveness. Partner with leadership and external IT vendors to determine the organization’s long-term systems needs and hardware acquisitions needed to accomplish business objectives. Provide technical guidance on high-priority projects and orient the company to trends in the information technology industry. Manage and optimize the IT budget, resources, and performance metrics. Partner with our IT vendors to ensure the availability, reliability, scalability, and security of the IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and data. Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives of the company. Evaluate and implement new technologies and solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness. Oversee the strategy, configuration, and ongoing management of the company’s ERP system (SAP) to align with business operations. Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and best practices that comply with industry regulations and best practices. Manage and develop a team of IT professionals and vendors, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence. Communicate and collaborate with senior management, business units, and external partners on IT-related matters. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field or related experience. At least 7 years of experience in IT leadership roles in the industrial construction industry, manufacturing, or a similar sector. Excellent communication, collaboration, and innovation skills. Ability to define corporate vision and strategy, establish company direction and focus, and execute high-impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals. Strong, hands-on experience managing SAP projects is required. Experience with assessing, onboarding and integrating company acquisitions. Desired Skills and Experience
