Your Role And Responsibilities As a Brand Technical Specialist you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Building Client Facing Demonstrations: Creating technical assets proving IBM technology for the following products - Data Product Hub, Knowledge Catalog, Manta Data Lineage, Decision Optimization, Cloud Pak for Data, Optim and Master Data Mgmt, SPSS.
Client Strategy Design: Creating client strategies for Data & AI infrastructure.
Solution Definition: Defining IBM Data & AI solutions that enhance technology stacks.
Educational Support: Providing proof of concepts and simplifying complex topics to educate clients.
Credibility Building: Establishing credibility and trust to facilitate the closure of intricate Cloud tech deals.

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Product Demonstrations & Proven ability to solution using IBM Technology: Ability to showcase how IBM Data and AI products can solve client pain points, specifically; Data Product Hub, Knowledge Catalog, Manta Data Lineage, Decision Optimization, Cloud Pak for Data, Optim and Master Data Mgmt, SPSS.
Product Expertise: Represent IBM Technology by developing client relationship through problem resolution and ultimately earn client buy-in to continue sales cycle.
Business Goal Translation: Translating business goals into technical solutions through collaborative teamwork.
Stakeholder Influence: Utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence diverse senior stakeholders within enterprises.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Data & AI Market Knowledge: Expertise in the Data & AI market to quickly become a trusted client advisor.
Technical Sales Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing sales role as a technical seller or sales engineer.
Hands-On Product Experience: Practical projects, POCs, Pilots, deployments are highly preferred using the following products: Data Product Hub, Knowledge Catalog, Manta Data Lineage, Decision Optimization, Cloud Pak for Data, Optim and Master Data Mgmt, SPSS.
