RN Quality Program Manager - Oncology role at Providence. Full time, day shift. Benefits and compensation package offered by Providence begin on your first day of employment. Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with FACT, CIBMTR, and other applicable agencies by staying updated on changes, updating internal SOPs, and coordinating and documenting education for necessary parties. Regularly review annual competency requirements, identify ways to assist in meeting them, and notify participants of any deficiencies. Partner with IS, Best Practice, Clinical Transformation, analytics, patient engagement, patient safety, risk management, and other teams to coordinate improvements in education, workflow, Epic, and other areas identified by project teams. Participate in Quality Management Committee meetings and collaborate with clinical departments for planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of quality management activities across the service line. Manage the Quality Calendar and perform associated audits; share audit results with leadership and implement corrective action plans. Participate in design, creation, validation, analysis, and communication of clinical quality data with analytics and Data Managers to ensure data integrity and quarterly CPI requirements. Support evaluation and continual improvement of quality and safety, using standardized principles and processes (document control, internal audits, risk reduction, corrective actions, and action planning). Remain current on regulatory requirements and payor/government programs (FACT, CIBMTR) and design systems aligned with these standards. Create project summaries and reports, lead project committees, and provide presentations to local and system-wide groups in partnership with division leadership. Participate in team meetings thoughtfully and constructively; assist with onboarding of new team members. Maintain minimum 10 hours of cellular therapy education. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; graduation from an accredited school. Active Washington Registered Nurse License at hire. Driving may be necessary; provide proof of driver license and auto insurance if requested. 3 years of direct patient care experience. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs). Experience developing clinical care policies, procedures, and order sets. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Healthcare. 1 year of supervisory experience overseeing nursing responsibilities in a clinical setting (ambulatory or acute). About Providence
