Job Title: Salesforce FSC, Solution Architect, Principal Who You Are: You are the Salesforce subject matter expert, responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business pursuits, recruiting, asset development, complex solutioning, and knowledge management. Responsibilities: Expertise and experience with FSC including configuration of the FSC Platform Expert level understanding of Salesforce product suite components (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, App Clouds) Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce.com platform Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client objectives; identify gaps between current and desired end states Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration in Salesforce implementations Manage technical scopes and client expectations Demonstrate technical thought leadership Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and appropriate design patterns Provide oversight and governance of all sold and managed Salesforce projects Drive business development with information, tools, and SME to sell engagements and provide detailed estimates Coach and mentor junior technical resources Interview potential candidates Serve as a mentor/lead and people manager within the team Travel ability: 20% Qualifications 10+ years of Consulting or Industry (Banking, Financial Services) experience Experience and expertise with FSC, including configuration of the FSC Platform Minimum 3 years of Salesforce platform experience (5+ years preferred) Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems Expert understanding of Salesforce components such as Salesforce 1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Platform and AppExchange Configuration experience using point-and-click interfaces Awareness of programmatic solutions on Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce) Understanding of Salesforce data loader for data migration Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of the software lifecycle Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum) Deep functional and technical understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and cloud services Knowledge of integration architecture and third-party tools (ETL such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Jitterbit) with Salesforce Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant certifications upon hire About Us
