Job Summary
This role is pivotal in leading the design and integrity of technology solutions for large-scale transformation and major project initiatives. The individual will provide architectural oversight across enterprise systems, ensuring that scalable, secure, and integrated platforms are implemented in alignment with business goals. By collaborating with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, business process leads, solution and techno-functional consultants, and system integratorsthis position will deliver technology roadmaps that facilitate modernization, optimize data flow, and enhance digital capabilities. Responsibilities
Translate business and functional requirements into comprehensive technology architecture and roadmaps. Lead design sessions and develop architecture artifacts such as solution blueprints, interface diagrams, and integration strategies. Evaluate current systems for scalability, security, and compatibility, providing expert guidance on transformation paths and cloud enablement. Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture standards and security frameworks. Oversee and guide development teams during solution implementation to ensure architectural integrity is maintained. Partner with Business and Technology stakeholders to drive solution decisions and manage trade-offs. Support the selection, configuration, and integration of platforms, tools, and technologies. Provide technical leadership across workstreams to ensure consistency in architectural practices. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or related field. 5-7 years of experience in IT architecture, with demonstrated responsibility in designing large-scale enterprise solutions. Hands-on configuration and architecture experience in SAP ISU environment (minimum one experience or two (2-5 years)). Proficiency in SAP ECC and S/4HANA core ERP systems, including the latest S/4HANA platform. Ability to write and debug code in ABAP programming language. Knowledge of SAP BASIS for system administration tasks including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems. Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for integrating SAP with other systems. Skills in managing and migrating data within SAP ISU while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently. Excellent understanding of security, scalability, and performance considerations in enterprise systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with system integrators or supporting RFP/vendor evaluation processes for SAP-related work. Seniorities and Employment
