role at Capgemini. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer to join our Digital Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data flows within Adobe Experience Platform to support personalized customer experiences and data-driven marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Technical Program Managers (TPMs), data architects, and marketing stakeholders to ensure seamless data ingestion, schema design, and audience activation across Adobe’s ecosystem—including Mobile SDK, Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Your role

Schema Design & Implementation: Collaborate with TPMs to design and implement XDM schemas in AEP, defining relevant data fields for ingestion and targeting. Dataset Management: Create, configure, and validate datasets in AEP based on defined schemas. Ensure accurate and timely data ingestion. Mobile SDK Configuration: Set up and manage Adobe Mobile SDK to capture customer interaction data and transmit it to AEP datastreams. Audience Activation: Build and manage audiences using Real-Time CDP and activate them across marketing channels for personalized campaigns. Customer Journey Analytics (CJA): Analyze customer behavior and journey data to generate actionable insights and optimize engagement strategies. Your Skills And Experience

3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDPs. Strong understanding of XDM schemas, data modeling, and data governance. Hands-on experience with Adobe Mobile SDK and Adobe Launch. Familiarity with Real-Time CDP, CJA, and Adobe Analytics. Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform Experience with tag management systems and event-based tracking Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Life at Capgemini
