Overview
Architecture & Solution Design: Design end-to-end data and analytics solutions aligned with business goals and define architecture for data ingestion, processing, storage, and visualization using Azure and Databricks. Azure & Databricks Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Databricks (including notebooks and Delta Lake), and Azure Functions; integrate with Power BI for reporting. Data Engineering & Modeling: Design and optimize data pipelines using ADF and Databricks and develop ETL/ELT workflows and create scalable data models for analytics and machine learning use cases. Advanced Analytics & AI: Work with Databricks and Azure Machine Learning to enable data science workflows and support integration of AI/ML models into analytics solutions. Governance & Security: Ensure data governance, lineage and compliance using Azure Purview; manage secrets and credentials via Azure Key Vault and enforce security with RBAC and data masking. Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and guide development teams on architecture and implementation best practices. Tools & Methodologies: Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD, Git for version control, ARM/Bicep or Terraform for infrastructure as code and follow Agile and DevOps delivery models.
