About the Job

Anduril is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, decomposing deliverables, creating timelines, and organizing work. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in managing digital projects. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with manufacturing technologies and systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). This role requires a deep understanding of how digital solutions can optimize manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders. Decompose deliverables into actionable tasks and allocate resources. Create detailed project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines. Organize and oversee all aspects of project execution. Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders. Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital project management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with manufacturing technologies and systems, ERP/PLM/MES. Experience in building out production systems or understanding various production and manufacturing elements. Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification. Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Background in digital systems or IT. Experience with manufacturing technologies and systems. Salary and Benefits

US Salary Range: $154,000 $231,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
