The IT Coordinator provides hands-on, user-facing IT support and operational assistance to staff, researchers, and visitors. You will maintain databases and systems to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our shared workspace. This full-time, in-person position requires onsite presence on weekdays 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional work on evenings or weekends for events or urgent issues. Key Responsibilities
IT Support & User Assistance: Manage incoming support tickets, provide front-line IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, handle user accounts, and assist with device setup; escalate complex issues as needed IT Operations: Manage inventory and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, kiosks); assist with onboarding/offboarding logistics Office & Operational Support: Support badge issuance, visitor check-in, monitor access controls, manage office supplies, welcome visitors, provide orientation tours, and assist with event support and office space reservations Team Collaboration: Support Operations with cross-functional tasks and document common IT issues and solutions Skills & Experience
Experience providing IT or technical user support, ideally in an office environment Friendly, professional interpersonal skills to engage with diverse users Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Slack, and ticketing systems Some familiarity with office operations or admin is a plus Comfort learning new software and technology tools quickly You might be a good fit if you

Base pay range: $71,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr. Compensation will depend on experience. Our stated range is provided for transparency; final compensation will be determined with the recruiter.
