Joint Engineer Execution Integrator
supporting the
USINDOPACOM J44 Engineering Division , you will drive the infrastructure that enables global reach, rapid response, and long-term deterrence across the Pacific theater. This is not just a planning role; it is a front-row seat to the architecture of U.S. force posture. Working within the
J443 Strategic Execution Branch , you will lead efforts that support construction planning, posture alignment, and force mobility across all services: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and key partners. Your input will shape future readiness. Your expertise in engineering design, execution, scheduling, and acquisition strategy will directly support theater-wide missions with strategic consequences. Provide analytical engineer assessments and recommendations for operational planning teams, crisis action teams, and current operations activities. Conduct analysis of force laydown concepts to identify facility and engineering requirements necessary to support Joint operational effects. Analyze and provide recommendations to J44 senior leaders for the employment and conduct of engineer activities throughout the Indo-Pacific theater. Develop Joint engineer support plans integrated with the broader INDOPACOM family of plans, including OPLANs, the Theater Campaign Plan, and the Logistics Support Plan. Develop and implement processes and business rules to track, assess, and report on engineer operations and activities across the Indo-Pacific region. Minimum Qualifications
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related technical field. Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering project planning, design, and execution within a DoD environment. Prior experience with DoD Design and Construction Agencies (DCAs) (e.g., NAVFAC, USACE, AFCEC). Demonstrated experience in Joint planning environments or strategic posture execution roles. Proven track record as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or similar oversight role for large-scale construction/acquisition efforts. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders and facilitate multi-agency collaboration. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in engineering, construction, or strategic planning. Experience supporting USINDOPACOM, another combatant command, or Joint Task Force. Professional certifications such as PMP or PE license. Deep understanding of DoD force laydown, posture planning, and contingency engineering operations. Why Join JMark?
