Technical program expert providing oversight from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes and resources. Ensure objectives are clearly defined and aligned with program budgets and release schedules. Manage technical interaction with customers and long-range schedules using project management tools (reports, tracking charts, checklists, scheduling software). Maintain priorities for the VP agenda, assist in drafting presentations, and contribute to management of the Quantum group. Coordinate resource allocation across organizations to achieve on-time and within-budget performance. Initiate and manage capital allocation requests, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders. Work with senior business group management to align programs with the Quantum Groups’ direction; interface with business unit senior management to define objectives and prepare for release and deployment. Engage with external partners to develop and manage ecosystem projects; apply engineering and business process expertise to solve complex program issues. Contribute to technical review boards for assigned programs; support CTO-level strategic initiatives as needed. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree; some technical background in Quantum technologies preferred. Experience: 10-15 years. Interpersonal: strong negotiation and influence skills with senior management, customers, regulators or vendors; sensitive to audience needs. Leadership: ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and contribute to overall business strategy for the quantum group. Problem Solving: ability to proactively identify and solve complex problems using innovative approaches. Impact: delivers on-time, within-cost results; builds customer relationships and participates in the Quantum activity COS leadership. Business and Work Environment

Business and regulatory awareness; ability to influence internal/external stakeholders. Strong communication with customers and external partners. Collaboration with senior management to align with company direction. Education and Experience Summary

Education: Bachelor's Degree; preferred technical background in Quantum technologies. Experience: 10-15 years. Additional Information

Employment type: Full-time; Assignee / Regular Travel: Not Specified; Relocation Eligible: Yes Time Type: Full time The salary range offered is $180,500.00 - $248,500.00 and is based on location, hire grade, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for bonus and stock awards as applicable.
