Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
Experience with visual design in product or UX design environments.

Preferred qualifications
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools.
Experience with B2B or enterprise software, including systems thinking, data mapping, and creating cohesive user flows across interconnected products; ability to design solutions for data-heavy workflows and understanding privacy and compliance regulations.

In this role, you will focus on improving how advertisers use their own data within the Google Ads system. You will help them measure return on investment while navigating new privacy regulations. We define the user experience for the Google Marketing Platform and the broader Google ads ecosystem. Google Ads powers the open internet with technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We work across advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel, and video, as well as analytics, to deliver trusted experiences and measurable results. We help grow businesses of all sizes, from small businesses to large brands and YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
Salary and benefits: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Responsibilities
Drive the design process from immersion, ideation, exploration, to execution, delivery, and launch.
Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities, solve problems, and advocate on behalf of the users.
Develop system maps, user journeys, conceptual models, mockups, and prototypes to communicate, test, and evolve design ideas.
Foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, and impact for the team and partners. Lead holistic thinking across products and platforms.
Refine and evolve processes, methods, and tools.
