Infineon Technologies Americas Corp. is seeking a Principal Engineer Technical Marketing to work with Infineon’s AI, Server, Communication, and Industrial customers and respective marketing teams. Join the leading edge of high density power module design. If interested apply today!
Responsibilities
Work with internal development teams to
verify module operation
is fully validated, can be built in high volume, and that it meets target requirements.
Work with
QA and production
to validate the modules for high-volume manufacturing. Gain customer and application knowledge and understand device usage in end-application through regular Customer interaction.
Define
next generation silicon requirements
to enable future high density power modules.
Work with
strategic customers
to develop concepts for differentiated modules.
Work internally with the expert teams to
create innovative solutions
to address future architectures and module packaging for challenging customer applications.
Create
go-to-market evaluation boards , datasheets, application notes and design tools for new products and support customer project design-in activities.
Provide
second-level support
for complex technical inquiries from customers.
Drive
problem-solving by simulations , system evaluation and bench testing.
Provide
advanced technical training
to regional FAEs on how to use Infineon components to enhance the value of end-Customers’ products.
Benchmark
competitors’ products
and generate promotional material and collaterals (test reports, application notes, white papers) for product promotion.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Minimum a
Bachelor’s Degree
(or foreign equivalent) in electrical engineering and Electronic Engineering or a related field.
5 years of power -related experience in module or supply design, or power semiconductor development or applications.
Experience in
Power conversion topologies , power device, magnetics and control loop design.
Specification of
MOSFETs, Gate Drivers, Capacitors, Inductors
and successful deployment of these components in power modules design.
Experience using
digital oscilloscopes, function generators, network analyzers
and similar lab equipment for the test and debug of switching power supplies.
Experience using
schematic entry, circuit simulation, and PCB
layout tools.
Experience with
Matlab/Simulink, SIMetrix, Power DC, Power SI
or similar design engineering tools.
