Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity:

Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced team member with a background in corporate food and beverage services to maintain in-office break rooms and assist in event coordination. This full-time role reports to the Director of Food & Beverage, Events (F&BE) and is based at our Redwood City, CA headquarters with onsite presence five days per week. Responsibilities

Maintain food and beverage services aligned to the company culture, including vendor relations, site services, and event coordination. Vendor Relations: Sustain relationships with break room vendors, ensuring quality control and a positive in-office experience. Food & Beverage Equipment Maintenance: Partner with Facilities and vendors to keep equipment in proper working order and compliant with health and safety regulations. Food, Beverage & Events Inventory: Organize and track inventory, including sourcing, ordering, and expense reporting. Onsite Catering: Coordinate onsite catering operations with third-party vendors, ensuring efficient handling of requests and adherence to service standards; communicate with vendors for cost savings and track tickets to ensure timely execution; coordinate room setup and catering needs with Site Services. Cultural & Corporate Events: Assist in coordinating events, including venue procurement, vendor coordination, event setup and breakdown, and post-event feedback with the Culture team. Feedback Aggregation and Quality Control: Work with vendors to gather feedback through surveys and events to improve food and beverage services. Required Skills, Experience and Education

Strong collaboration and communication skills. 3+ years experience in Culinary and/or Food & Beverage industry (or transferable experience) with 1+ years hands-on experience. Passion for hospitality and ability to maintain open communication with vendors. Experience in customer service, gathering input to enhance service quality and satisfaction. Ability to maintain quality standards for food and beverage offerings and related services. Strong organizational and systems skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills, Experience and Education

Fluent in Spanish and English. Experience in a corporate office environment, preferably in a high-tech setting. Pay and Benefits

The base pay range is $65,000.00 – $78,000.00 USD per year for onsite roles at the Redwood City, CA headquarters. Base pay is one part of the total rewards program, which includes competitive cash compensation, equity awards, strong benefits, and development opportunities. The posted range reflects base pay for onsite work and may be adjusted for location and market factors.
