Were seeking an innovative, high-impact Head of Marketing to accelerate the growth and visibility of our standout cannabis brands across New Jersey. This leader will enhance the marketing departments initiatives, helping align the team quickly and effectively to execute high-profile campaigns, activations, and experiential initiatives that elevate brand presence, customer engagement, and market reach. In this role, youll inspire and guide a high-performing marketing team, develop forward-thinking strategies, and cultivate strong market and partner relationships. Youll champion signature events, public-facing initiatives, and creative campaigns that strengthen the brands reputation in a competitive, regulated industry. Collaborating across functions, youll ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives, brand growth, and long-term market positioning. The Head of Marketing is an impact player responsible for driving brand growth, market expansion, and the long-term viability of the business through strategic marketing initiatives and targeted execution. This role goes beyond oversight the Head of Marketing actively develops and implements strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty across local and national cannabis markets. This role drives company-wide marketing performance through branding, digital marketing, market research analysis, and public relations focused on building strong relationships with wholesale partners, retail accounts, industry associations, and community stakeholders. The Head of Marketing will lead high-value initiatives, strengthen market presence, foster lasting connections, and ensure all activities meet regulatory standards and business objectives in the regulated cannabis market.
