Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)
specializing in Application Innovation and AI Agents, you will partner with enterprise customers to design, build, and scale intelligent, cloud-native applications using Azure, GitHub, and Microsofts AI ecosystem. You will support customers on their AI adoption journey, building trusted relationships, engaging with a range of stakeholders (from developers to senior executives), and leading strategic initiatives that deliver meaningful innovation and business impact. Your expertise in AI agents, modern application development, and enterprise architecture will help shape inclusive, forward-thinking solutions that empower organizations. Responsibilities
Lead technical engagements with customers across the full solution lifecycle design, build, deployment, and operations. Collaborate with platform engineers, enterprise architects, developers, and senior leaders to solve technical challenges and accelerate adoption. Facilitate architecture discussions and provide hands-on support to develop prototypes, pilots, and full-scale solutions. Identify and remove adoption barriers, ensuring seamless implementation and long-term success. Work with Microsofts internal teams and partners to drive alignment and deliver customer value at scale. Customer Centricity
Focus on customer/partner experience, understand goals, and contribute to the definition of success criteria. Address dissatisfaction and contribute to strategies that improve value realization and transformation acceleration. Translate customer problems into Microsoft-aligned solutions and demonstrate how they meet customer outcomes and ROI goals through proofs of concept, MVPs, or rapid prototypes. Establish relationships with technical decision makers and bridge between technical and business stakeholders, communicating security, compliance, and risk considerations. Partner Specialization
Identify market opportunities within solution areas and guide partners in developing offerings and supporting initial deployments. Deliver technical enablement and help grow the partner-driven pipeline. Technical Leadership
Demonstrate technical readiness and mentor others to improve skills and readiness. Contribute to virtual teams and external engagements, and help shape patterns, IP, and scalable models for AI scenarios. Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, or related areas. OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements

Bachelors Degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Masters Degree with suitable experience; or 6+ years with additional requirements. 4+ years in a customer-facing role and 4+ years on technical projects. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications. Compensation
The base pay range in the United States is approximately USD 85,100 169,800 per year (IC3) and USD 106,400 203,600 per year (IC4), with variations by location. Specific location ranges may apply.
