TerraPact is a privately held investment firm who specializes in the acquisition and management of right of way corridors in the U.S. This critical infrastructure includes, fiber optical cables, gas and water pipelines, electrical conduit, and more. Since its founding in 2011, TerraPact has expanded rapidly through acquisitions and organic growth. Currently, TerraPact owns or manages over 15,000 agreements related to various assets, including private right of way properties, telecom facilities, and wireless infrastructure assets throughout the United States. These agreements enable the construction and operations of networks to connect disparate locations securely and efficiently for the movement of data, energy, and water.

Position Overview We are seeking a Sr. Associate of Real Estate Acquisitions to join Terrapact’s Acquisitions Team. Day to day you will be responsible for supporting our efforts in originating a pipeline of acquisition opportunities with the objective to close deals. You will be calling on and required to source deals off a defined list of targets. As these opportunities move down the acquisition funnel you will be responsible for project managing the various diligence and closing tasks, working with and providing support to our acquisition leads, working and helping to foster relationships with sellers and working with our legal resources, finance team and integration team to ensure a smooth closing process. What You Can Offer Us

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Economics preferred)

3+ years of experience in business development or sales (Real estate sales or acquisition experience is a plus)

Comfortable with cold-calling and phone-based outreach, as most transactions originate by phone

Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and your team to meet deadlines

Proven ability to collaborate effectively and professionally across diverse functional groups and employee levels to achieve results
