Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr As the temporary-to-hire Executive Assistant and Board Liaison to the CEO and Board of Directors of this nonprofit, youll be a pivotal partner to a high-energy, fast-moving executive team. Youll manage a variety of responsibilities, from high-level calendar management to Board engagement and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate is someone who makes it happen, is proactive but humble, forward-thinking, a bridge builder, possesses strong communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic right hand and point of contact to the CEO, managing a complex calendar, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth transitions between high-impact meetings and events. Plan logistical arrangements for all meetings and manage all travel and accommodation agreements, event registrations, and prepare travel itineraries as needed. Prepare briefing materials and agendas for key meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-informed. Reconcile all business travel expenses. Review incoming mail to CEO and distribute as appropriate and in a timely manner. Draft, edit, and proofread routine correspondence. Provide administrative support to the Board Chair and Board Members in a variety of areas. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and others, tracking action items, follow-ups, and key deliverables across internal and external stakeholders. Support planning and execution of executive and board events, proactively anticipating needs to ensure smooth operations.
