Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $138,000.00/yr Salary Range:
$110,000-$138,000 (based on experience), plus bonus Role Summary
Join our engineering team to build software that powers both our medical devices and the systems that manufacture them. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to lead projects, mentor peers, and collaborate across departments to deliver safe, effective, and scalable solutions. What You'll Do Build software for embedded systems, user interfaces, and internal tools. Drive development efforts from concept to production. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Use Agile/Kanban methodologies and Azure DevOps for task management. Partner with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements, align with and iterate upon user needs, and ensure realistic solutions Develop and validate software tools for production workflows. Ensure reliability and quality of manufacturing systems. Guide engineers in best practices for software development and testing. Lead projects and manage resources as needed.
What You'll Bring
Required Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years in medical device software development. Experience in regulated environments. Familiarity with: Azure DevOps (Boards, CI/CD, releases) GitHub workflows and code reviews
Preferred Master's degree or advanced technical training. Experience with disposable medical devices. Knowledge of mapping/3D visualization tools. Understanding of electrical engineering principles.
Soft Skills
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams. Collaborative and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving mindset.
Bonus
Background in start-ups or fast-paced development. Experience with firmware, embedded systems, or GUI development.
