Cybersecurity Project Manager Location:
Chicago, IL Cloudious is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to drive execution of strategic cybersecurity projects across key control areas including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity Authentication and Authorization (IAA), and Data Protection (DP). This is a full-time role expected to deliver highly visible, mission-critical projects through formal project management methods. Responsibilities Lead global teams consisting of technical and non-technical staff and consultants to drive successful execution of strategic cybersecurity projects and programs. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define expected project benefits and outcomes and ensure successful achievement through project completion. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful completion. Develop project schedules, effort estimates, task sequences, and assignments; ensure adherence and optimal sequencing for efficiency. Lead resolution of conflicts or escalations in support of project or program delivery. Create and submit accurate project/program status reports in line with team guidelines. Establish and maintain a project artifact repository; review deliverables for quality and adherence to internal software delivery methodology. Develop project charters; develop and execute project communication plans. Facilitate engagement with cross-impacted technology and business stakeholders. Identify and implement approaches to resolve complex problems through critical thinking. Define and document project scope and ensure alignment with objectives and goals. Perform and follow change control procedures for scope, resources, and financials as required. Ensure adherence to technology Change Management requirements for system implementations. Oversee financial management and performance for projects; develop and manage project-specific budgets; submission of financial forms as required. Prepare monthly forecasts and proactively analyze budget variances; optimize spend for assigned projects. Participate in annual budget planning; identify resource needs and ensure staffing requirements are met; manage resources to deliver tasks and resolve conflicts. Provide constructive performance feedback and foster a collaborative project delivery environment.

Bachelor's Degree Certification:
PMP Certification strongly preferred Experience & Skills:
10 years of overall experience, including in the Financial Services industry, with at least 5 years' experience leading and managing high-visibility technology projects; Cybersecurity project management experience; organizational savvy; problem-solving skills; superior communication; initiative; organizational skills; delivery mindset; expert analytical skills; financial management experience (budgets between $250k$3M); experience with software delivery lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall); demand & capacity management; MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards, or similar; Clarity PPM for project financial and status reporting; Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams; Power BI, Tableau, or similar data reporting and analytical tools.
