The position shall use a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers. This individual will be viewed both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines. Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience. (A Master's degree is preferred.) General Experience
The proposed candidate must have at least seven (7) years of IT and business/industry work experience. This includes: 2+ years of practical application of FHIR standards, including resources, profiles, and implementation guides. 2+ years of experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and CCDA. Experience with Object-Oriented programming, CI/CD principles, and version control tools (e.g., Git). Experience with cloud-based application integration options, including AWS and enterprise service bus (e.g., Mulesoft). Experience with SOAP/RESTful web services, JMS/EMS, and related integration technologies. Familiarity with networking, API security best practices, and automation tools such as Jenkins. Specialized Experience
The proposed candidate must have at least three (3) years as a technical expert in an IT organization. This individual: Coaches and mentors junior technical staff and contributes technical input to high-impact IT decisions. Is accountable for the most complex enterprise-wide applications and integration efforts. Translates highly complex integration concepts for peers and customers, including HL7/FHIR healthcare data exchanges. Possesses in-depth knowledge of modern programming languages and object-oriented design, coding, testing, and debugging. Has domain experience in healthcare systems and interoperability. Demonstratesoutstandingproblem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills. Has experience working in Agile and SDLC-based environments Seniority level
