The Manager of Business Analytics is responsible for leading and managing a team of analysts to deliver data-driven insights that support the organization’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a team, creating and maintaining a motivated workforce, both domestic and overseas. Provide leadership and guidance to BOA's and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering strategic guidance and recommending innovative solutions to address their challenges and opportunities.

Develop and execute a business strategy aligned with business goals and priorities.

Implement best practices for data generation, storage, accuracy, and consumption. Ensure new processes are in alignment with standardization focus of the organization.

Collaborate with senior leadership among cross-functional teams to ensure visibility to business performance aligns with cross-department needs.

Hire staff, manage performance, develop, and train personnel, estimate personnel needs, assign work, meet completion dates, and ensure consistent application of organizational policies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or Business Analytics.

Work Experience

At least 5 years of related experience or combination of experience and education.

Experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions and drive improvements.

Experience coordinating concurrent projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Ability to influence and lead individuals in multiple functional areas.

Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills (themes, formatting, charts, transitions, etc.).

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, formatting, charts, sorting, headers/footers, print scaling).

Experience with SAP, SQL, Tableau, CRM, and costing tools.

Salary and Benefits The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position $110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
