Anduril Industries, Inc.
Overview
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. Anduril’s systems are powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns data streams into a realtime 3D command and control center. Anduril is committed to bringing cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. About the team
The Business Systems team designs, builds, and maintains internal systems, applications, and infrastructure across the enterprise. We support initiatives from warfighting simulations to sales tracking and critical cloud services. We are looking for a PLM Developer/Engineer to lead our team of developers and partner with cross‑functional teams to develop customizations for our PLM tool. What you’ll do
Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for PLM tools and downstream systems. Contribute high‑quality code to level up our applications. Develop deep expertise in a portion of the full stack (e.g., backend, frontend, integration). Customize PLM tools with custom applications, workflows, and data model updates. Work with a high‑performing team of solution engineers and cross‑functional teams to finish business‑critical projects. Troubleshoot PLM technical issues including deployment, configuration, and ongoing support. Lead a small team of developers, provide design input, and assist with prioritization. Required qualifications
7+ years of software engineering experience building products, preferably in a fast‑paced environment. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience with large enterprise applications and high availability requirements. Programming experience with Teamcenter server side (ITK), BMIDE, SOA, Workflows, Dispatcher, and AWC customizations. Strong strategic problem‑solving capabilities and ability to navigate complex technical trade‑offs. Proven leadership and collaboration skills to align cross‑functional teams. Ability to empathize with end users and translate needs into features while balancing engineering constraints. U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data. Preferred qualifications
Experience integrating PLM with downstream systems (ERP, MES, etc.). Knowledge of databases, server management, and performance tuning. Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work autonomously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Salary and benefits (US)
Salary range: $154,000 – $231,000 USD. This range is an estimate based on base salary and may vary by experience, education, skills, and business considerations. Anduril offers equity as part of total compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, life/AD&D, disability insurance, generous PTO, caregiver and wellness leave, family planning and parenting support, mental health resources, professional development stipend, daily meals in offices, commuter benefits, relocation assistance (where eligible), and a 401(k) plan (traditional and Roth for US roles).
