We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a cross-functional Business Development role, focused specifically on cryptocurrency and ecosystem liquidity solutions. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving strategic partnerships and collaborations with high-value clients, and supporting the company's growth initiatives within the rapidly evolving crypto industry.
Job responsibilities
Identify, research and engage with potential partners, clients and projects in the cryptocurrency/blockchain space to drive new business opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with exchanges, institutional clients, and ecosystem partners.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, including investors and thought leaders.
Build and manage a pipeline of potential deals, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
Continuously refresh pitch decks, presentations and proposals to position the company's crypto/blockchain offerings.
Attend and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery on partnered projects.
Monitor the competitive landscape and provide market intelligence insights.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is preferred.
5+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in cryptocurrency markets.
Deep understanding of trading and liquidity provision and digital asset market structure.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Good team player with a startup mindset and respect for timelines.
