Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment. Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs. Lead by example, becoming an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Support the sales lead during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus. Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle. Support completion of work before or after store operating hours, including opening and/or closing checklists. Leverage omni-channel channels to deliver a frictionless customer experience. Ensure all compliance standards are met. Qualifications

Ability to utilize technology effectively to engage with customers and team to meet goals. Demonstrates initiative towards continuous improvement and growth.
