Create and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, drive growth, and retention Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to inform strategic decisions Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns; optimize based on data to improve results Assist in developing and managing content strategies that align with overall marketing goals, ensuring consistency and engagement across digital platforms Partner with Web Publishing to oversee SEO and SEM efforts to enhance online visibility and traffic Assist in optimizing website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, growth marketing, experiences, creative) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts via digital campaigns Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and incorporate innovative approaches Communicate digital marketing plans, performance, and insights to internal stakeholders Qualifications & Skills

Ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals Advanced data analysis skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions Ability to partner with content creators to develop innovative content and campaigns that engage and convert Excellent accuracy and consistency in marketing materials and campaigns Strong multi-project management skills and ability to meet deadlines Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and technologies Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce Account Engagement, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques Experience with organic and paid social media strategies to enhance brand presence Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus Understanding of CRM software like Salesforce 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns Experience with paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit is preferred Experience in content strategy development for various digital platforms Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is typically preferred Coursework or certification in advanced digital marketing, data analytics, or content strategy can be advantageous Seniority level
